As co-founder, Morgen brought to the MTL team over 36 years of experience as a fundraiser and consultant in the education, arts, culture, and health sectors.

He served in senior development positions for American universities and arts organisations, including St John’s University and the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.

Over 20 years, Robin has built a substantial track record, delivering large and challenging fundraising targets for a wide variety of projects for healthcare, education, government, arts, faith, corporate organisations.

As a fundraising professional he has extensive experience as both a senior executive for major charities and as a consultant to the non-profit sector.

Joan Cagney

Joan brings a wide range of expertise to our consulting and project management assignments.

In addition to hands on fundraising experience at all levels, she is a specialist in brand and communications strategies which support fundraising, as well as charity management.

Robert Astick CFRE

Robert has been a fundraising professional since 1993, in both in-house and consultant roles, following a successful military career.

He is a seasoned manager of capital fundraising campaigns and revenue programmes for often challenging projects.

Stewart Boutcher

Stewart helps charities to support their missions, engage and fundraise in a digital age. With more than 20 years experience in IT, software, marketing and communications, he works with organisations who wish to use digital technologies to deliver services better, more effectively communicate their messages and values to their audiences and inspire financial support.

Chris Webb (MCIPR)

Chris brings a wide range of media and communication expertise to our consulting and project management assignments. The former Head and News and Deputy Director of Public Affairs at the Metropolitan Police Service, he has worked across government, and has wide ranging experience of developing strategies.
